Today’s edition is here. I’m at the coffee shop. I came in this morning and they were playing Stromae, Papautai. It’s a song about a child asking his beloved father: Where are you? The father is lifeless. His body is there, but it doesn’t move, it doesn’t dance, it isn’t alive. This song in French touches me deeply. 💔 It’s a heartbreaking reminder of where so many fathers are at. Dead, looking at the screen. Stuck in their head and so little in their hearts. Stiff, compromising, not turned on about life. This song is also a heartbreaking doorway to sing and dance yourself back to life. 💃🕺 What's on your way to play a bigger game?Yesterday, I was at the Gameworld Builder Training, along with +20 other genius edgeworkers. Each one of us taking a stand for something big. Something bigger than us. → Soil regeneration and biodiversity restoration in Mexico → Villaging and adulthood initiatiory spaces in Tenerife → Transformative and healing spaces in Brazil → Nature learning programs in Canada In the call, we went into breakout rooms of 3 people to practice. One person speaks —What is on your way to play a bigger game? The other two listen and coach the speaker with deepening questions and possibilities to make the picture clearer. In my turn, I realized how much I’m starting problem conversations. "I have a problem, my problems are true, and I’m a victim of my problems." I went into 4-5 loops… From the edge of my box, where there's invention and possibility... To crawling back to the familiar, comfortable center of my box where it’s known and cozy. I had many good reasons to do so. But none of these reasons allow the growth of my being or my Gameworld. The 2 coaches prompted me to shift from problem conversation to possibility speaking. From “what I don’t want” to my next real step in building my Gameworld. This is what it takes to for your game and your Gameworlds to get to the next level… Not for the sake of levelling up, but because your Being is naturally BIG. Perhaps bigger than you can imagine right now. Do you want to stop playing small, repressed and adaptive games and start playing full-out at higher levels of responsibility? I leave you with these questions: What are you invoking in others? Are you invoking a problem, victimhood, or disdain? Or are you invoking possibility, adventure, play? Have a musically alivening day! Love, P.S.: This was a message sent yesterday in the Gameworld Builders Training group chat. This is the level of intimacy that we’re experimenting with in the Gameworld Builder Training Team. This is a clear example of dismantling the unconscious war happening inside and outside. It’s never too late. You can do this right now. You can do-over again and again. P.S.2: There’s a training happening in Vancouver, Canada from May 30th to June 3rd. It’s called Expand The Box. It’s a 5-day immersive, intimate and transformative training. You get to live for 5 days with other Edgeworkers, Spaceholders, Healers, Coaches, Pirates, Mages, Parents and Cultural Creatives in a transformative, tight and clear container for getting real together, and being on each other’s team to invoke the genius within each of us. I'm lying down in bed writing. Listening to the geese outside. Navigating this line between being with what is, and Going to the deep end, transformation, reality, urgency, possibility. Hey! It’s Tuesday morning, a brand new day to start over and build momentum! The Worth Talk worktalk was yesterday. It went great! How you assign value deeply depends on the culture you inhabit. Inhabiting a culture is a skill. This skill can be used consciously or unconsciously. Even better, this skill can be learned and practiced. Want to watch the recording? When it comes to your life's path, what else is possible beyond the menu offered by modern culture? Have you ever thought and felt something like this: "I don’t know exactly what it is, but something’s missing…"? This was me in 2014 at the end of my career as a Software Engineer. I had an immense longing to be outside, in nature, playing and learning. A whole new field had just opened up for me —Interactions with other beings other than humans. I wanted to immerse myself in self-discovery,...
